"Loving Family" Psychological Theme Programme (2023)

First, class meeting objectives

A. Enhance class cohesion and strengthen the centripetal force of the group;

⒉ Cultivate the tacit understanding of the group and enhance the sense of affinity and belonging;

Promote the interaction of group members, so that students learn to communicate in the activity, learn to trust, learn to cooperate。

Ii. Class meeting process

(1) Warm-up activities

Rabbit Dance (10 min.)

Objective: To make the group members relax and liven up the atmosphere by warming up。

Operation: All the staff stand in a big circle, hands naturally on the shoulders of the students in front, ready to rabbit dance。

Action breakdown:

① The first part: Stay in place, clap your hands with the rhythm of the music left, right, and beat three times in front。

② The second part (8 beats) : 1 beat the left foot to the left;2 pat left foot to restore;3 and 4 beats are the same as 1 and 2 beats;5 Tap your right foot and kick to the right.6 Pat right foot to restore;7 and 8 beats are the same as 3 and 4 beats。

③ The third part (8 beats) : 1-2 beat the feet to jump a step forward;3-4 Clap your feet and jump back.5-8 Clap your feet three steps forward and clap your hands three times。

2.Introduce yourself (name action exercise, character strengths self-introduction)

(1) Name Movement Exercise (20 minutes)

Objective: To strengthen mutual familiarity and understanding among members。


Grouping: A group of 6-8 people (each group has an even number of members) for name movement exercise

Step 1: Team members use their collective wisdom to help each team member to express their name through the form of action, the more impressive the name action is, the better。

Step 2: Team presentation。All team members present each member's name with the action。

(2) Self-introduction of character strengths (20 minutes)

Objective: To further strengthen mutual familiarity and understanding among members。


The first step: In pairs, members introduce themselves to each other about their character strengths. Each person introduces one of their most prominent strengths to the other, and specifically describes the events that can reflect this advantage。

Step 2: Work in groups of four and compliment each other。Brag about your partner's character strengths to new recruits。

Step 3: The whole group as a group, advantage of the sugar gourd skewer。String together the personality strengths of the entire group。

Step 4: Team presentation。The group member representative introduces the names and character strengths of the members of the group to the other groups in turn。

Notes for students in activities:

① Other students should listen carefully when each student introduces himself or herself。

② For the self-introduction of students, other students should maintain a non-judgmental and non-accusatory attitude。

③ Students should actively help remind if they forget。

Leaders and students share highlights:

When we know a person, we often start from the name, and remembering other people's names is also a kind of respect for others, which is also the first step for us to adapt to the new environment and develop good interpersonal relations。

② Through the introduction of character also strengthen self-understanding and mutual understanding between classmates, as long as the heart to understand others is not a very difficult thing

(2) The core part

3.Team Contract (25 min.)

Purpose of the activity: Establish a team, formulate rules, and clarify the positioning of individuals in the group。

Preparation: 1 large white paper, 1 box of watercolor pens, 1 roll of plastic tape, 1 small scissors for each group。


(1) Build a team: determine the team name, leader, slogan and song of the team。Team name: The name of the team, determined by the members of the team。Captain: Choose a captain of your team。Encouraging slogan: simple, bright and appealing。Team emblem: An image symbolizing the characteristics of the team drawn with colored pens on a large piece of open white paper。Team song: A song that motivates and inspires the team。

(2) You and I agreed: to explore ourselves in the group, we must open ourselves up to a certain extent, which is a very difficult thing。So we need to take the time to talk about what kind of environment and atmosphere makes us feel warm, safe, and powerful, and allows us to open our hearts and minds and be fully engaged。Now let's discuss in groups and write down your group's opinions on paper。Each group member signs the Group Compact to show his or her willingness to abide by these group rules。After the discussion, each group should write their team name, team song, slogan, team emblem and team code on a large piece of white paper and stick it on the blackboard。

(3) Report: Please select a representative from each team to introduce the team name, team leader, slogan, team emblem, team song and rules。Note: The slogan should be shouted by the students in the group。

(4) The leader summarizes the norms that all members should abide by。After listening to the discussion results of the students, I made a summary. If you agree with each one, you can make a stamp on your thigh with your hand (demonstration).。Punctuality, confidentiality, sincerity, commitment, respect, attention, listening, no judgment, etc。

4.A thousand Knots (15 min.)

Objective: To enhance the emotional integration of the group through physical contact in the activity, and let students experience a new perspective on problems;The problem can always be solved if you think about it, triggering positive emotions。

Action: All team members hold hands and form a circle。Remember who you're pulling with your hands。When I say "go," feel free to walk around the neighborhood, but don't leave the group's perimeter。When I say "stop", will you please stop where you are, no matter what position you are in, and don't move again。Now, please reach out your left hand to hold the friend who was standing on your left, and reach out your right hand to hold the friend who was standing on your right。How does it feel now that we're all connected?It's hard. Yeah, we're all screwed together。Okay, now, I want you to try to find a way to restore the original circle without letting go of your hand。(Note: This activity is best for more than 20 people to achieve the desired effect。)

Share: What was it like to face this complicated "knot" at first?After unraveling a little bit, do your thoughts change?In real life, have you ever met a knot that can't be opened?In what state of mind do you face it?By untying this knot, what subtle changes do you think have taken place in the relationship between the members?How do you feel when the knot doesn't come undone after a long effort?Did you think of giving up?What methods are used to untangle this "knot"??What does this teach you about real life?

Summary point: There are times in life when we all tie knots,But no matter how complicated it is, it can always be solved。When classmates have conflicts and the relationship between them is tied "knot",Try to defuse it in an effective way, don't give up and let it settle。

⒌ blind walk(Approx. 50 minutes)

Objective: To enhance sincere understanding, trust, acceptance and gratitude to others through the experience of the "blind" (recipient) and "crutch" (helper) roles, to make students understand that self-help and other assistance are equally important, to cultivate the spirit of mutual assistance and cooperation, and to establish a new sense of group trust。

Preparation: The instructor should choose a good blind route in advance, the best road is not a shoulder, there are obstacles, such as upstairs, downhill, turning, indoor and outdoor combination。Blindfolds or towels for each person。

Operation: Please form a circle, now please count one and two。Please stand in the middle of the circle and cover your eyes (the person who reports to "one" is blind). When the eyes are covered, please turn around three times。Now please report "two" people as crutches, when the crutches to claim a blind person, preferably unfamiliar, with him on the journey。Please remember, no talking for the entire trip。After the "one" returned, the "blind" and the "crutch" communicated for about three minutes, and then the "two" took another route as the blind person, and the activity process was the same as above。When all activities are over, sit in a circle in large groups。 Note: It is best to have three students in front of the team, in the team and at the end of the team, responsible for safety and cohesion, while paying attention to observation。)

Sharing: The discussion focused on the following aspects: As a "blind", how do you feel after you can't see?Remind you of something?Are you satisfied with your partner's help and why?What new discoveries have you made about yourself or others?How do you understand your partner as a crutch?How did you manage to help him?What did you learn in relation to your reality?What did the observer see?What is your perception??

Rules: (1) No language communication,Encounter any problem only through non-verbal communication;(2) complete all the routes prescribed by the leader;(3) The blindfold cannot be removed if there is any problem;(4) No laughing and joking,Complete activities in strict accordance with the requirements,Safety first;(5) Strictly fulfill their role requirements,Don't replace others。

(3) End Stage (15 minutes)

Pictures of angels in action

Purpose: To promote further communication among group members, so that each member can experience the warmth of being concerned by others and gain support, and also let members learn how to pay attention to others and become a support force for others。

Preparation: White paper and pen。


(1) Each person in the group as a unit to write their name on the same size of paper, folded into the same shape, placed in the middle of the group, to draw lots, each member is limited to draw a piece of paper (can only see themselves, can not let others see), the person written on the paper is to care about and pay attention to the person。Note: If a member of the group draws his or her name, all members of the group should put the slip back and draw again until no one draws his or her name。

(2) All members should pay attention to the students they have drawn in the next month in the form of gifts, which can be spiritual (praise, concern, encouragement, etc.) or material (the value of each gift cannot exceed 4 yuan).。All the students put the "gift" on the platform of the study room every day before the evening self-study, and the psychology committee will uniformly distribute it。

(3) Next class meeting, reveal the little angel, share feelings。

Share: How does it feel to be a "little angel"?How do you care and pay attention to others?I think I did a good job?How does it feel to be a "cared for person"?How to view the help of "little angels"?What did this activity bring to you?

Note: The leader can give each member a gift first to drive the activity to go smoothly。"Little angels" should be as secret as possible in their attention and concern for others and not be detected。

7.A loving family

Purpose: To bring warmth and strength through physical contact so that members can more truly affirm the unity of the group before the end, experience our feelings of being together, and gain support and confidence。

Preparation: Plenty of space, empty room

Preparation: Player, music, lyrics。

Operation: At the last activity knot of the group, the instructor asks everyone to stand in a circle, put their hands on the shoulders of the members on both sides, and gather in silence for 30 seconds。If time allows members to talk about today's sentiment with music in one sentence, if time is tight, you can let everyone gently sing "Loving family" and swing freely along with the melody of the song。So that all members in a warm and sweet and cohesive scene to end the class meeting, leaving a forever, beautiful, very symbolic, unforgettable memory。

Leaders point: I hope that our ×× class students can communicate more in the future, build trust, and create a strong team that can share the wind and rain with each other and also share the sunshine with each other。I hope that in the future, we can not only discuss and argue in study, but also support each other in life。
